Since all of our tallow products are crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality, orders typically ship within 1-5 business days. We strive to process and dispatch each order as quickly as possible, working diligently to get your natural skincare products to you without delay!

Refunds & Returns

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes! We accept exchanges. All products must be unused and in original condition. For exchanges please contact us and our support will be more than happy to process an exchange for you!

Can I return My Order?

Yes of course! If you do not love your order for any reason please reach out to our support team and they will process a refund. All products must be in unopened original condition to qualify.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please let us know and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.  

Once you receive the purchased item and a refund can be claimed within the first 30 days. If the 30 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
