Le Skin Club inc. is a small family-owned business located in Calgary, Alberta and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
All customers receive a 30-day 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee with all purchases.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are final sale.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscription items are not eligible for refunds/ returns. However, if your subscription product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We offer one FREE exchange per order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that once an exchange has been made, we are unable to provide a refund or apply our 30-day money-back guarantee to the order.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, proof of purchase is required, and the products must be returned to us within this 30-day period. The entire return and refund process, including receiving the returned items, must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date.
Condition: To maintain the integrity of our money-back guarantee, returns cannot be accepted if more than 50% of the product has been used from one or more jars. This policy helps ensure fair usage and prevents potential abuse of the guarantee.
Exclusions: Clearance items, final sale items, wholesale orders, and customized products are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and transaction costs.
Since our batches are made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellations after this period. Additionally, some orders may be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Repeat Order Return Policy
If you have previously ordered and returned a product because it wasn’t a good fit for you, please note that we do not accept returns on any future orders of that same product. We kindly ask that you avoid reordering items you’ve already returned for personal preference reasons. Of course, returns will always be accepted in cases of quality issues, damage during transit, or other concerns covered by our general return policy.
Returned Packages Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, or if the package is not claimed from the post office or delivery depot within the carrier’s holding period, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
A 15% reshipment fee will apply to cover handling and processing. This fee must be paid before the package is resent.
We recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or additional fees. If your address was entered incorrectly, please reach out to us as we can update the address before the package it shipped.
Please note: Subscription orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. To avoid future charges, you must cancel or pause your subscription before the next scheduled renewal date.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
