Cancellation policy

One time purchase: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and transaction costs. Because our batches are made to order, cancellations cannot be accommodated after this window.

Please note that in some cases, orders will ship out before the 24-hour window has passed. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, even if it is still within the 24-hour window.

Subscription orders: Subscription orders cannot be canceled once an order has been placed or processed. If you have an active subscription, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next order is placed. This includes changing delivery frequency, skipping upcoming orders, or updating subscription details.

Please ensure any subscription changes are made prior to the order processing date to avoid unwanted charges or shipments.
