Cancellation policy

One time orders
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, even if it is still within the 24 hour window.

Subscription orders
Subscription orders cannot be canceled once an order has been placed and processed. If you have an active subscription, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next order is placed. This includes changing delivery frequency, skipping upcoming orders, or updating subscription details.

Please ensure any subscription changes are made prior to the order processing date to avoid unwanted charges or shipments.
